Service Description
We'll start by sitting down to discuss any symptoms and or concerns you may have and talk about our treatment plan together. Then you'll relax and let your body heal with the help of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese medicine.
Cancellation Policy
Clients canceling or rescheduling less than 24 hours before their appointment time will be charged half the amount of the service selected. Emergencies are understood and will result in waiving the late cancellation fee. Clients “no showing” (not showing up for scheduled appointment with no communication for any reason) will be charged the full amount of the service selected. These fees are charged directly to the client and are not covered by any insurance company. Client acknowledges and accepts that a credit card will be kept securely on file and will be used in case of a late cancellation or no show for the appropriate amount. Reminder emails are sent out for clients’ convenience. If you do not receive a reminder email, the above policy will remain in effect.
