New Moon Sound Bath + Restorative Yoga

Service Description

We welcome you to join us at our first New Moon group Sound Bath + Restorative Yoga session! Let's join together to align with the new moon, by reflecting on the past and letting go, then setting intention for the future and getting grounded in the present moment. With mindfulness and movement combined, we create the perfect space to accept and embrace the new frequency of the moon and the lovely frequencies of our sound bath. •Yoga mats, blankets, blocks, bolsters, and eye masks provided •Extra credit if you bring your own journal! Journaling will be utilized in this session to bring our intentions into existence and give power to our words! •Crystals are awesome tools to help align our energy. If you have a favorite crystal, go ahead and bring her along to this one. Up your dosage! Add on options: •Acupuncture: Let the needles pick up the high frequencies then take your treatment with you, after Nikki Needles places "press needles" on your meridian points. •Aroma Therapy: Dr. Deb will use an essential oil and apply the "Vitaflex" technique on an area of your body based on the protocol you choose. * If you are opting in for an add on, please arrive 15-20 minutes early to have enough time to apply your treatment before the sound bath begins. * Please arrive on time or a few minutes prior to scheduled time, as doors will be locked 5 minutes after scheduled start time to insure optimum relaxation to our clients during our sound baths. * Disclaimer. Cancellations made more then 24 hours in advance will result in a credit towards the next scheduled session. NO refunds will be given for last minute cancellations OR arriving late to your scheduled session.
