Your retreat experience includes: Yoga - grounding movement to reconnect with your body and prepare for the season ahead. Handmade Herbal Tea - a thoughtfully crafted tea experience to nourish and warm you from within. Make & Take Therapeutic Essential Oil Blend - create your own personalized aromatic blend to take home and continue your self-care ritual. Acupuncture - a restorative treatment designed to balance your meridians, calm your mind, and support overall well-being. Reiki - gentle energy work to create space for transformation and promote energetic alignment. Sound Therapy - soothing vibrations to encourage deep relaxation, visualization, and energetic renewal. Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Cancelations on the same day as your scheduled class will result in forfeit of payment. Tickets are transferable if you're unable to make it and would like to gift your ticket to a friend. Emergencies are understood and will result in rescheduling to the next available class. Clients “no showing” (not showing up for scheduled class with no communication) for any reason will result in forfeit of payment. These fees are charged directly to the client and are not covered by any insurance company. Client acknowledges and accepts that a credit card will be kept securely on file and will be used in case of a late cancellation or no show for the appropriate amount. Reminder emails are sent out for clients’ convenience. If you do not receive a reminder email, the above policy will remain in effect.
