The intention behind the name
Often, when we begin to truly look at what we’re facing, we discover it is not just one thing, but “this” & “that”—the full spectrum of life unfolding at once. There is an ebb & flow to everything— a give and take, a push and pull, yin and yang— a teacup and its tea. Two opposing, yet interdependent forces, shaping and softening one another.
True harmony is found in the space between these dualities. Between the rock and the hard place. Between the two versions of ourselves. It is here, in the gentle balancing of opposites, that peace emerges.
