Service Description
We'll begin with a personalized consultation to discuss your symptoms and craft a tailored treatment plan just for you. Then move to the treatment area where you'll relax under soothing 3-in-1 infrared light therapy while the acupuncture works to release tension and promote your body’s natural healing process.
Cancellation Policy
Clients canceling or rescheduling the day BEFORE their appointment time will be charged HALF the amount of the service selected. Clients canceling or rescheduling the day OF their appointment time will be charged the FULL amount of the service selected. Emergencies are understood and will result in waiving the late cancellation fee. Clients “no showing” (not showing up for scheduled appointment with no communication for any reason) will be charged the full amount of the service selected. These fees are charged directly to the client and are not covered by any insurance company. Client acknowledges and accepts that a credit card will be kept securely on file and will be used in case of a late cancellation or no show for the appropriate amount. Reminder emails are sent out for clients’ convenience. If you do not receive a reminder email, the above policy will remain in effect.
