New Moon Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath

Service Description

We welcome you to join us at our New Moon group Sound Bath + Restorative Yoga session! Let's join together to align with the new moon, by reflecting on the past and letting go, then setting intentional, obtainable goals for the month to come and getting grounded in the present moment. With mindfulness and movement combined, we create the perfect space to accept and embrace the new frequency of the moon and the lovely frequencies of our sound bath. This is a restorative style yoga class. Extremely gentle and supported - all the props you need. As slow or as deep as you'd like to go. Let my voice guide you but not constrict you. This is your practice, I just have the pleasure of facilitating it. I look forward to meeting you on the mat! •Yoga mats, blankets, blocks, bolsters, and eye masks provided •Extra credit if you bring your own journal! Journaling will be utilized in this session to bring our intentions into existence and give power to our words! •Crystals are awesome tools to help align our energy. If you have a favorite crystal, go ahead and bring her along to this one. Up your dosage! Add on options: •Acupuncture: Let the needles charge up from the healing frequencies during the sound bath then take your treatment with you, after Nikki Needles places "press needles" on your acupuncture points in your ears, also known as Auricular Acupuncture. •Aroma Therapy: Dr. Deb will use an essential oil and apply using the "Vitaflex" technique on an area of your body based on the protocol you choose, while you take in deep breathes of the therapeutic grade essential oil. * If you are opting in for an add on, please arrive 10-15 minutes early (per add on) to have enough time to apply your treatment before the group sound bath begins. * Please arrive on time or a few minutes prior to scheduled time, as doors will be locked 5 minutes after scheduled start time to insure optimum relaxation & safety to our clients during our sound baths.
