Rooted & Blooming - Mini Retreat

Service Description

Celebrate your history and hardship, by noticing and nourishing your roots! Send that energy of transformation and empowerment to your pretty little petals and watch them BLOOM! Join in with your community for a time to celebrate your growth at the "Rooted & Blooming" mini retreat hosted by Nikki Needles, Dr. Deb, & Michelle Schulte! Start with a gathering circle to get to know your community of like-minded people by sharing how we serve our community (what we do for a living, nothing too scary), and one thing we can celebrate about ourselves so far this year! Then move into our "grow with the flow" yoga sequence, followed by our medicinal tea, DualiTeas, and journalling. After a few mindful moments we'll start the acupuncture, then you'll be guided off into a healing dream state with sound therapy, whilst Dr. Deb and Michelle go one by one to each attendee administering a hot towel followed by a mini reflexology foot massage using pure therapeutic grade essential oils, specially blended with intention for you. Once the acupuncture is finished, you'll be guided to end the way you began, in a community circle to share anything that you feel led to, knowing you're supported by a room full of people who want to see you grow and succeed! Option to add on: Press needles - Ear acupuncture "to-go" If you love the way acupuncture makes you feel, take a "to-go" version with you! Nikki Needles will strategically place tiny temporary needles in each ear (that you have the power to take out or leave in as long as you'd like), with a "slow release" type of effect. Sending a small signal to the brain for a long period of time.
